I don't especially think that I lead a really boring life but then all of the sudden I look at our blog and nothing has been posted in a month and there is no other explanation other than we are boring. We don't have any kids doing cute things or a bun in the oven or even any bun-making plans. (Although on a related note, I watched a thing on TLC about ladies who don't know they are pregnant until they think they are having some serious constipation issues and then plop a baby or two into the john and now I am paranoid that I am 8 months pregnant and don't know it.) So I just don't know what to enlighten you all with that wouldn't bore you out of your minds. I did get a nasty stomach thing that is going around and puked my guts out all night on Tuesday night. That was super fun and I am just barely feeling like my normal self again. Also, I decided again that I really want to do the Boston Marathon so that means so does Dave. :) Sooo... we are going to try to qualify. Hopefully, we will get into the St. George Marathon, which is in October, and get our qualifying times. That may be a little over ambitious since we will be trying to get a Boston-qualifying time during our first ever actual marathon but I like being over ambitious so don't burst my bubble. We also recently discovered our love for the band Bread thanks to my father, in case you didn't notice the change in blog soundtrack music.
I babysat Hope for a couple hours last Monday and these are some pictures from my phone. That is where I got the nasty stomach thing. I am not immune to the little kid bugs like moms are.

I forgot I had these but they are pictures from my phone of a Martin Sexton concert Dave and I went to in PHX while we were down there.

See? That's what you get when I try to do the random, nothing-important-to-say post.

It's okay, I liked reading about your boring life. I'm glad you updated your blog. I HATE being sick so I'm glad you are feeling better!
Its cool-mine is similar. I usually end up writing about other peoples kids and such. I was watching that program too-crazy!!! It baffles me that they don't feel the babies move and some ladies had twins-super crazy. On a side note however, most of them were like 3 or 4 of you, so I think you would notice if you were preggo. All of them had a common theme too...irregular periods, indegestion, or were told they couldn't have kids so they weren't preventing. Anyways, I just realized that this is long...but keep on blogging...I love your updates :0). Good luck on your marathon...I am now running atleast 1 mile daily-a big change for me!
Hey, I'm boring, too!! The only thing I ever post about is my pregnancy because that's the all I have going on in my life.
That's cool that you guys are going to try to qualify for the Boston Marathon...that would be so much fun!! I ran a half marathon last fall and I want to do that again...but I don't think I'll ever do a full marathon. I don't like running that much! Good luck!
Oh man, I watched that stupid show on TLC, too! I can't believe some of those stories! How sad!! Believe me, you will know if you're pregnant. I don't see how it never even crossed those ladies minds. How stupid can you be?
Hope is so cute!! Glad you finally updated! :o)
