Life is pretty great around these parts. We got through the holiday season with only minimal(-ish) overspending on our daughter and we are coming up on her FIRST BIRTHDAY! WHAAAAATT?? Craziness. Basically, my life recently consists of chasing her around the house to keep her from ingesting random things (Such as the lint/whatever else is found in vents because she knows how to take the covers off. Lovely.) or throwing breakable items across the room. She is also into pushing our kitchen chairs and really anything else she can move around the entire house so that she can walk behind them. This is actually really super cute to watch BUT Dave is not a fan since his office is in the basement so to him (and whoever he is on the phone with) it sounds like our house is falling down. I LOVE that she now dances whenever she hears any kind of music. CUTEST thing ever! Probably one of my favorite things is blaring the music while I clean the house and watching her play and then stop every so often to shake her little booty! :) Love it. Of course there is all the not so fun stuff too like teething and whatnot but that's not as fun to talk about. Although, I think either I gave birth to a vampire or she is getting her top canine teeth in before any other top teeth. Is this possible? Because I'm pretty sure it's happening to my baby. And let me tell you, those things must be a beast to cut through.
Anyway, what post is worth anything without some pictures...

She is smiling in almost every picture. You must be houdini. I always get backs of head, blurry, or no smile. :) I loved the picture of you guys on a walk and her playing guitar with daddy. SO cute!

It's so fun to hear about how things are with you and "the fam". whether it's been 2 days or 20 months.
